Myron Brownie is currently an MA student at Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, Michigan.

He is primarily a painter using oil-based media on canvas. His subject matter includes dancers,

gymnasts and divers in mid-air as well as landscapes, usually of mountains and fast moving water.


He has exhibited in the 2016 Graduate Student Exhibition and in the 2014 Annual Student Undergraduate Exhibition (juried) at Eastern Michigan University.

A reproduction of one of his paintings appeared in "Cellar Roots", an Eastern Michigan University student publication in 2014.

His B.F.A Exhibition was in the fall of 2013 at the Eastern Michigan University Student Center, Ypsilanti Michigan.

He designed and executed a permanent Outdoor Mural for the City of Ann Arbor Parks and Recreation Department,

 Fuller Pool, in the summer of 2013 and he was the subject of a short article in the Ann Arbor Observer regarding his

 paintings hanging in the Fuller pool lobby in the Summer of 2012.

He also exhibited in the Ann Arbor Art Center student show, 2008.
